Pricing Q&A

Do you offer a 30-day free trial for new accounts?

Yes. If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up, you won’t be charged a thing and any data that you have entered into the system will be permanently deleted. There’s no long term contract (it’s just month-to-month) and you can cancel at any time, but refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months. Note that only new accounts are eligible for 30 day free trials — upgrades do not qualify.

Is this a long-term commitment? Can we pay a year in advance?

No. Everything is month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Do we have to pay per-user or are your prices flat monthly prices?

There are no additional per-user charges. The flat monthly price is the same no matter how many people in your organization are using Property Center.

What is needed to run Property Center?

All you need is a web browser with javascript turned on and an internet connection. We recommend Firefox, but Internet Explorer 7 or later is also supported.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Simply click the “View Account” link from the main menu and you’ll see your options. There will never be a “setup” or extra “one time” fee when you upgrade.
